All items featured on this website are exclusive to JENIFER YOUNG. Each design is a Limited Edition or One-off and is subject to availability.
The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

Product Description

Every effort is taken to ensure that all measurements, photographic reproductions and specifications are accurate. Please be aware that I cannot accept responsibility for any colour variations caused by the computer software of a purchaser. I reserve the right to change prices and descriptions, and to charge for postage & packaging as necessary.

British Standards

All cushion inners are made of 100% cotton cambric (complies to 1988 Fire Safety Regulations) and are filled with curled feathers (complies to BS 1425 cleanliness).

Delivery

All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Duties and Taxes

All prices on this website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at 17.5%. All orders dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) will have a sales tax of zero. Any Customs or Import Duties levied once a package has reached the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the Duties/Tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Payment

All cheques should be made payable in Pounds Sterling to 'JENIFER YOUNG'.

Returns & Refunds

All orders are subject to a 'cooling off' period and may be cancelled up to 7 working days after my confirmation of receipt of order. Please notify me in writing by sending me a letter or e-mail.

I have every confidence in the quality of my products, but if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase you may return it to me within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or replacement. Please be aware that items made specially to order cannot be returned.

Damaged goods must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. Where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded where possible within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
