How to Buy

Please note that all charges for postage & packaging and VAT are included in the prices shown (for products despatched within the UK).

First of all, choose your item : Choose what you want to buy and add it to your shopping basket.

Then choose a method of payment : Send me a personal cheque through the post or Use Google Checkout for fast, convenient and secure payment online.

If you wish to send me a cheque :

1. simply email or telephone me and quote the product codes of the items you wish to buy.

2. I will confirm your order by email, and send you an invoice with the total cost, and my full address.

3. please send your payment to this address in the form of a cheque made payable (in GB Pounds Sterling) to 'JENIFER YOUNG'.

4. your purchase will be despatched within 2 working days of your cheque being cleared.

If you wish to pay online using Google Checkout :

1. if you already have a Google Checkout account simply sign in - your payment and delivery information is already stored in your account. If you do not already have a Checkout account, you can create one.

2. confirm your delivery and payment information, then click the 'place your order now' button to complete your purchase.

3. Google will send you a confirmation email when you have completed your purchase. You can return to my website, or track your order with Google Checkout.

4. your purchase will be despatched within 2 working days of your card being charged.

If you wish to discuss a special commission, or would like further information about any of my products, please contact me. All items featured on this website are exclusive to JENIFER YOUNG. Please note that each design is a Limited Edition or One-off and is subject to availability.

International Orders

For customers in the Channel Islands & outside the EC please note that VAT is deducted from the item price before payment is received. To enable this please email me and quote the product code(s) and your shipping address. I will send you an invoice via email with the correct shipping amount.
